Have you ever heard the words “protect your heart” or said it to someone else? What is that actually doing? Does it allow love to flow in, or does it put a barrier up so love can’t flow in?

So, would you rather put a barrier up to not feel love all the time, or let love in all the time?

The belief system of your not good enough needs to go. What’s inside has always been good enough. Why would God/Source create something that wasn’t? If your soul is a part of God/Source, then how could it not be good enough or be of all love? If your soul was not good enough or without love, then that would mean God/Source is not good enough or without love….but you know the truth. God/Source is all love and nothing but love, so all the other stuff that has been engraved in your head is just BS.

Don’t shy away from seeing or feeling love from others as it’s an energy that needs and wants to flow through. Notice the energy when it’s right there. Then let the lies that have been told, that keep your heart away from the truth, to flow out.

The truth will set you free.

The words “protect your heart” have been said to many, but those were the wrong words to say. Expand your heart. Expanding “protects”, and there is nothing more powerful than a heart that is full of expanded light.
